I was really looking forward to trying this product. I was convinced after reading everything about it that it was the solution to fighting wrinkles. I ordered online from the website and was told it was back-ordered but would ship in ten days. One month later I had to call to tell them that I had still not received the product. They apologized and I received it in a week. I was so convinced I would have dramatic results that I took “before” pictures. I faithfully applied the cream twice a day every day, but I saw no changes. I even tried just doing one side of my face so I could compare the two…no difference. The write ups say that there may be a tingling feeling and a tightening feeling, but I didn’t feel either. I wish I had, then at least I would have felt like it was doing something. As time went on I used a little bit more each time (to try to get some result), but you can only put on so much before your skin takes on a yellowish cast…not good. The worst part was that when I got down to the last bit of the cream my husband asked, “Whatever happened with that new wrinkle cream you were so excited about, is it still back-ordered?” Not exactly a rousing endorsement. I am only in my mid-thirties. The wrinkles I have are fairly shallow, but visible. If this didn’t work for me I’m not sure how it could work for an older person who is trying to combat wrinkles that have been around for awhile. I hope this review helps someone in their decision making process. I wish I had read a review like this before I wasted my money.

BEWARE if the product does not work for you. These people are liars and thieves. They did not return calls placed over a 3 month period. When some guy named Chris finally did answer the phone, and I explained to him that I had been leaving messages for months, he told me to return the product immediately, which I did. He even looked my information up on the computer so he knew exactly when I received the product. They received the product back on April 14–signed for in their office by S. Johnson. The next correspondence I received was an e-mail telling me that they would not refund my money even after telling me to return the product. They are liars and thieves.

Before I bought this product, I was looking desperately for legitimate reviews on this product but couldn’t find any. I’ve been using this product for three months and am disappointed, but not surprised, to see little to no results. I have fine lines, not deep-set wrinkles on my face, and they are still not visibly reduced. I think the cream works sort of like Vaseline in that as soon as you apply it, it will dull the fine lines and therefore make them appear less noticeable, but as soon as you wash it off, they are just as noticeable.
On a positive note, my skin was softer, but I didn’t want to pay $189 for softer skin!

I used this product as directed everyday until gone. I didn’t notice any dramatic results – my skin looked the same as when I used my regular creams. For the price, it is not worth it, I know a dozen products around $25 to $60 that offer the same or better results. Try Avon Anew products and their deep crease serum or Mannatech products or Oil of Olay creams.

I tried twice/day for with no change at all. Felt tiny twinge but that did not result in any change. I looked for the “fractionated silicon dioxide three dimensional nanoprisms that reflect light” but they must only be seen under a microscope. I have a natural daylight bulb but still could not see even small lines/shadows diminish. The product felt slightly stickly at first and then like it was drying my skin but no sign of tightening as well as no sign of lip plumping, age spots diminishing or anything else.
Instructions say to “dot LifeCell along the edge of the orbital bone … directly under the eye … 2 dots … do not get closer”. So how can “eyelids appear lifted”? Lots of hype on the box & included letter but no results at all. Waste of time & money if you pay full price. I returned the trial.
